We know that the word “toxic” implies something not good for us. The official definition of toxic load is: the accumulation of harmful chemicals in the body through exposures to things such as air and water pollutants, numerous categories of food additives, chemicals in personal products and household cleaners, medications, plastics and other environmental exposures such as herbicides and pesticides.

SO, Today I am going to share symptoms of toxic buildup and what to do about it!
Here are a few obvious signs of toxic build up:
Fatigue
Allergies
Joint Pain
Headaches
Constipation
Mood Swings
Skin Conditions
Abdominal Pain
Sinus Congestion
Chronic Backache
Immune Weakness
Hormonal Imbalance
Weight Loss Resistance
Difficulty Concentrating

So what do we do about it?
REDUCE TOXIC LOAD!
How can we address toxic loads…
Reduce/eliminate the use of fragrances- in home/perfumes (use essential oils instead)
Eat organic when possible
Drink purified water
Avoid processed food
Use clean makeup products
Try clean detergents
Store food in glass containers
Eat grass fed, pasture raised meats
Switch to non toxic cleaning products
Drink more water!
Break a sweat!
There are many more things we can do but this is a great place to start to reduce toxins in our bodies.
